The 83rd  Annual Academy Awards Nominations are here!

The nominations for the 83rd Annual Academy Awards were announced this morning. 'The King's Speech' leads with 12  astonishing nominations. The Coen Brother's remake of 'True Grit' follows with 10 nominations and The David Fincher drama, 'The Social Network' pulls in a healthy 8 nominations. 'Toy Story 3' lands the honor of being nominated not only for Best Picture but also for Best Animated Film. The Supporting Actress catagory features

'True Grit''s Hailee Steinfeld, who is now one of the youngest Supporting Actress nominees ever at the age of 14.

The is alot of buzz today over all the nominations, both good and bad. Many are calling Andrew Garfield's best supporting actor snub and Ryan Gosling's best actor snub a huge dissapoinmnet. I personally am shocked that Christopher Nolan didn't get a Best Director nomination for his work on 'Inception'.

The 83rd Annual Academy Awards airs Sunday, February 27th on Abc. The Awards show will be hosted by James Franco and Anne Hathaway.
